Flying High

Flying High

I flew to New York this week for a shoot, and as much as the jet lag wipes me out from crossing over to a different time zone, I am dazed by the view from the window. No matter how many times I catch a plane, I still can’t get past how dreamlike and pristine the outlook from a small porthole can be.

I love these photos. Makes me miss working at the airport.

Whenever I fly, I love to watch the world below me go by. Daytime is the best, but at night to watch the lights of the cities. The most awesome sight I witnessed was passing New York just when the whole city was just turning on their lights at evening. It was like every house and business just started turning on their lights at the same time.
